“How Will Gen Z Parent The Next Generation?” by Maun Muhammad

“We have been through so much, it seems almost comical that we’re still so young and still have so much to do. As revolutionary as Gen Z is, we still sugar from the little stressors of life, something that we enjoy talking about on the internet. We still suffer from depression and mental health issues, but what keeps us going is the idea that “we’re going out anyway, might as well take the racism, gender inequality, climate change, and social injustice out with me”

“Online Learning”, Op-ED by Amara Alexander

"When we separate to discuss homework problems in our breakout rooms, a shiver goes down my spine as I think about the awkwardness that's about to unfold. My group and I uneasily work through the problems, not asking one another a simple "How are you?'"

Feature 3

“Latinas in STEM” by Abril Alvarez

“I’m terrified of what the future may bring, terrified of going into a field where nobody looks like me. A field where nobody talks like me. A field where I’ll be talked over and constantly questioned. But if going down this route means I can open the door for many young Hispanic women, I’ll do it with pride".”
